These characters are used in conditions.

Are you sure you want exactly those symbols? They're hard to find on a keyboard, and not part of ASCII. I'd be fine with typing !=, <=, >=. In fact I'd prefer it.

Nah both would be available. You don't have to worry about !=, <= and >= they will remain the default ones.

Alright, so why would you like these characters too? Aren't they hard to type?

If you configure your keyboard they are not. The point is just to have them because they exist and that's handy and logical. It's not urgent (hence the minor label).
