Warning message from keymap editor should be updated #251

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Mozc-1.15.1898.102 into Windows 8.1 or Ubuntu 14.04
2. Open Setting dialog
3. In "General" tab, click "Customize..." button for the keymap.
4. Assign "Ctrl-J" for mode: DirectInput and commands:Activate IME
5. Click OK

What is the expected output?
You will see a warning message that keymaps for Direct Input mode will be 
applied only for the application that are launched after the keymap is changed.

What do you see instead?
You will see a warning message "The keymaps for IME ON and Reconversion will be 
applied after new applications."  See the attached screenshot.  This is a bit 
obsolete and incorrect.  Basically any key map that is assigned to Direct Input 
mode has this limitation.
