Given that Iso2 now has a working autoplot and seems to be working with adapative sampling it is finally time to get rid of that monster IsoRun.

We still have the data subsampling in there. This should probably be handled by a DataLoader like data wrapper.

Other then that (and adaptive samplign) theres nothing else left there.
