movabletype2blogger has problem on japanese #5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use Japanese on MovableType.
2. MovableType export file.
3. Do MovableType2Blogger.
4. Do import converted file at Blogger.

Sorry,I'm not good at English.

Patch for this problem

line:299-300

 original:
   def _Encode(self, content):
     return unicode(content, errors='ignore')

 patched:
   def _Encode(self, content):
     return content.encode("utf_8")
