Fixed multiple problems with the bar and fixed a problem with the startup functions

Spacer and the separator doesn't render here

example

Here it renders other characters

But here is completely normal

Also startup and startup_once is reversed

I didn't actually find the problem for the spacer and separator problems, but this change fixes it
