Add logs to show what's happening #125

This PR adds logs, and changes the aya-rs version to track the main branch instead of a particular version. (Not doing this didn't let aya-log and aya-log-ebpf to work properly).

It also looks like lsm-nice-ebpf/src/vmlinux.rs needs to be changed when using a different aya-rs version, so that's also a part of the commit. The docs themselves recommend regenerating this file, so if that file isn't needed, I will update the commit by reverting that file back to its previous state.
