Added some Tips for Competitive programmer

[x] Sum till nth value
[x] sort function with parameter
[x] Prime Number
[x] T-prime
[x] Sum of all digit in decimal representation of X
[x] Inline Comapre function for pairs (frequently used) with refrence to issue number #94 ps: dont close this issue so other can also contribute in same file if we get more responses than will make separate folder for this

@ayan-biswas0412 I talked to u about this only in slack and this is not only for Competitive programming these tricks are only for beginners that get stuck in the initial stage. computing prime number ,Triple prime, and Sum of Value and sort functions All are the parts of common algorithms only. So I don't think it will affect this repo in any way because the motive of this repo is to help someone nd these small algorithms are the most popular ones.
