Completion of the Notice system in two dashboards (Faculty + Admin) #52

  1. Admin Dashboard needed to be done (The issued notice section and archived notice section)

  2. Issued notice section will contain the all previously admin issued notices (Use the same notice table template as used in student dashbaord and there should be a button at remarks td of the table if the button is pressed then the notice will be archived )

  3. Same for the notice archive section and there will be the same type of button and if the button is pressed notice will be reopen and can bee seen (faculty or student as per the notice visibility type).

[After the notice expiry date all the notice should be automatically available in the archived section of the corresponding dashboard and if the notice is open type then it should be available in the archived section of the main website]
