Proper Documentation work needed #66

The project will be invalid if we can't provide our proper documentation and if we submit it with proper documentation and a proper working prototype then we can get fund under TEQIP to buy the cloud database and hosting and email servers. @arindam-coder Will, you help us in this field?

Thank you for this , and there is lot of time to do that take your time and make a proper documentation as the website referred and paste the google doc link here such that I can review and comment on the doc.

@Arindam-coder the master branch is updated now and also the current sql file is also given there please do necessary works in your documentation

@Arindam-coder Please complete the necessary manual of the webmail and please include the points.

  1. Webmail is needed for the maintain proper communication between students admin and faculties and no need to collect email addresses of all students by teacher although via this webmail just simply querying the database of studetns proper emailing lists(groups) can be created so the communication gap between department and student will become less.

Requirements : 1. One hosting service (Bluehost or Godaddy or similar with CPanel ) is required for the proper management of our whole system alongwith the webmail facility.

and also include the webamail accessing insctructions .install the webmail and configure it with your own gmail id and by logging in take screenshots and add them into that
