evaluate clang build with qt #12

in time of r13 Qt was able to build only with gcc/r10 - check compatibility

Imagemagick7 test was tested with clang/gcc on real hardware(armeabi-v7a) and found to be working with Qt 5.9.2. detailed evaluation, including performance comparation, will be a separate task inside IMTest project
