Multiple accounts with same name

Description User is able to add multiple accounts with the same name, which may lead to confusion.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Accounts Page
2. Click "New" button
3. Fill out name and balance
4. Click "Save Account" button
5. Repeat steps 2-4, providing the same values as earlier

Fix ideas

• Display error message that prohibits the addition of an account with the same name
• Add a unique identifier to accounts with same name for example: Account(1), Account(2)
