Add newrelic addon #1

Could you add the newrelic addon?

I know that I have authority to manage addons, but newrelic's heroku addon integration has weired and confusion account-managing rule, so maybe if I add it, the newrelic account related with this app's owner will be me. This means my email address will be used to create newrelic account.
