using fixed constants for height multipliers: 20cm for surfaces of 2x2m or larger, 2cm for smaller
mutliplier and offset nodes get created on import to keep values in displacement nodes consistent
average displacement offset is read from json, but currently not in use since json data seems unreliable. might be used to normalize surface height in the future
