[x] use sprintf (ex: sprintf("%.2f", $totalscore) for total score and detail score
[x] add display name in Hall of Fame details
[x] add "enter" for print Scoreboard disable

use CEILING in sql query for selecting total score and detail score, and modified divided by 10000
