List - Create, Update, and Delete Pages and Actions

Ensure the following are working:

• [ ] Create page and actions
• [ ] Update page and actions[^1]
• [ ] Delete button and action

[^1]: At this point we are just updating the name and description of the list. We will expand to adding/removing books from a list page in the future
