Add support to sync projects and tasks with Atlassian Jira.

Some good information on the webservices:

Also add support when marking a task finished to mark the task in Jira as 
'resolved'. This should be configurable in the preferences.

Also add support when punching out on a task (and splitting also) to push the 
time worked on that task to Jira. This should be configurable in the 
preferences. And a second preferences option should be added if the user will 
be requested with a dialog if the time is about to submitted. In that case if 
the time is not correct the user can prevent it from being submitted.
