Reload data on all screens on sync completed #184

When a synchronization is going on all input should be blocked.
No TR's/tasks/projects can be created/edited/... and no reports can be 
generated.

We will nog longer block the UI while synchronization is busy, we will however 
reload data as soon as sync completes with success. What we might do is on 
start block some of the features on a screen (save buttons etc)
