Splitting ongoing TR from notification makes two ongoing TR's (when gap is 0 minutes) #185

When splitting an ongoing time registration, it creates the new time 
registration correctly (the second part of the split), but the first part of 
the split is not ended, and that's not correct! The end time of the first part 
should be the beginning of the split time.
