Nice TR list entires #197

Show a nicer list of time registrations in which the start date is highligted 
by making the day of month larger. Followed by all the details such as the day 
of mont, month and year. All this is aligned left. On the right side is the 
start time and end time (only the end time even if it's on another day). 
Beneath the times is the duration in a short format (something like: 5d 3h 
21m). Beneath the day of week, mont, year, times and duration is the project 
and task. That is spread over the entire width end if too large for the screen 
cut at the end with three dots.
