Enable project and task creation from selection dialogs #206

When the user selects a project and task to start a time registration or to 
edit the project/task of TR then add an extra option as last element in the 
list being 'Create new...'.

This option will launch the create activity for a Project or a Task. Upon 
return to the dialog the list of the dialog will be rebuilt and will contain 
the newly created project or task so it can be used in a TR.
