Additional Department #101

The following departments are missing from the registration page

  - Applied Physics
  - Applied Chemistry
  - Applied Mathematics
  - Bio Medical Engineering
  - Bio Chemical Engineering
  - Material Sc. & Technology

These departments should appear in all the places where the department is
to be shown

  1. Registration page
  2. Advanced Search
  3. Statistics
    4. Branch & year
    5. Branch

AND any other place that would need this ...

Add/Edit/Delete of departments is possible through admin login.
