Roll # field is still private

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click "register"
2. Choose branch and year
3. See list

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see the roll numbers, but I only see "pvt"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
I think the default flags used during MGL upload need to be changed. The
flag for roll number needs to be the same as that for name.

It was just a small change in app.yml in apps/frontend/config.
