Inclusion of moderator role for better authorisation #38

Feature Name: Detailed authorization process

What it will do: Based on some criteria users will be assigned claim/new 
register request to moderate on. And moderator should be able to 
approve/reject a claimed/new profile assigned to him.

Suggest renaming the role from "moderator" to "authorizer"
