Need password immediately after registration #74

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Claim an account

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see a password in email. However, I only see a congrats email.
The password is sent only after authorization.

Please provide any additional information below.
We want alumni to start populating their info as soon as they create an ID.
Since they are not authorized, they should not have access to the DB etc,
but they should be able to log in.

Note: This might need code change so that people who are not authorized are
treated as "world" while showing them search results etc.

This issue is not fixed. Did I somewhere mentioned it as fixed by mistake.

My bad for the confusion. I saw an update on this, and thought it was fixed. 
Didn't
realize that it was an update in labels.
