Login Process is Slow #80

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to dev site
2. log in with proper username and pwd

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It takes a lot of time to see the initial screen. After that, the
operations are fast. 

This happens every time I log out and log in again (3 times in 30 minutes).
