The URL for PeP is non publishable #92

I am assuming that the idea of a PeP page is that it should be publishable.

We should shorten the link form 

   http://version2-test.itbhuglobal.org/peppage/siteview/un/anshuman.html

To 

   http://version2-test.itbhuglobal.org/personal/anshuman
