MyOwnNotes 2.0 does not see notes stored as *.md #154

Hi, I use ownCloud 9.1.6 with encryption module 1.3.0 and modules Notes 2.0.2 and QOwnNotesAPI 17.5.0. In QOwnNotes 17.10.10 i create and sync the notes in markdown format (*.md). On tablet ASUS Transformer TF300T running KatKiss Android 7.1 I have ownCloud client 2.5.0. It correctly synchronizes the notes into /storage/emulated/0/owncloud/USER@SERVER/Notes/ I can view and edit the files there etc. MyOwnNotes 2.0 correctly detects the credentials, but it says "There are no saved notes. You either did not create any or have not yet synched with your ownCloud." (BTW, note the typo there). Well, the above mentioned directory contains plenty of *.md files. If I create there any *.txt file, it is correctly recognized, MyOwnNotes, sees it and works with it correctly. Version 1.6 works fine in any case (also with *.md files), so there was something changed/broken when going to version 2.0 of myOwnNotes. So for me, keeping version 1.6 is working workaround.

Thank you for your effort, @aykit! I'd also love to see md-support again. And all other users of https://github.com/pbek/QOwnNotes would surely love it too! :tada: :smile_cat:

So my workaround of using 1.6 got two problems. F-Droid reports security issues with that version and anyway MyOwnNotes 1.6 doesn't work with ownCloud 10+... Actually I must sync the Notes directory using the ownCloud client and open the files in text editor. It works, but it is not very convenient.
