Records only from outgoing voice not the incoming #26

I tried to record voice call, it works fine on some devices. But on some devices it only records the outgoing voice i.e records voice from mic. But the incoming voice i.e the voice of receiver is not recording. Any idea what might be the issue?

My device specs Samsung Galaxy C5 OS 7.0 (nougat)

Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks
