Added to ASF Incubation in Nov 2019: https://www.mail-archive.com/general@incubator.apache.org/msg70781.html (an IOT OS project). In the initial incubating steps: https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/NUTTX/January+2020
Probably we must not add the project until it is graduated.
This ticket will be used to track the addition of additional IoT projects to the foundations.
