Profiler: Render Collected info as HTML #165

Also add some nice tables with all kinds of aggregations:

percentage of writeconflicts
top 10 conflicting transactions etc.

Stuff that shouls help a developer to find problem area's faster without
having to analyze each and every line in the html file.
