No Armenian Translation #112

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Calling the lang API for Armenian translation.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected output is English to Armenian

The documentation presently indicates that, while it can be detected, Armenian 
is NOT
translatable.
