Add CKEditor and CKFinder to the AJAX Libraries API #408

I would love to see the CKEditor and CKFinder on the Google CDN and in the
AJAX Libraries API, since that would complete all of the tools that I use,
plus it's a very useful tool that I think would be beneficial to a lot of
people.

This would be very useful since CKEditor is among the most recognized 
JavaScript WYSIWYG editors. It's also a fairly big code base which would be 
great to host in one central place, Google CDN!

I like you integrate a WYSIWYG Editor in my Appengine Project. Because there's 
a limited for static files I do really need a external hosting solution. 
Actually I'm forced to use YUI Editor but its outdated code and CKEditor is so 
much better. There's no CDN for a decent WYSIWYG editor, Google, please help!
