LocalSearch().setRestriction() no longer functional - not reflected in documentation #496

Leave a description of what should be changed/added as well as a link to
the page where these changes should take place.

The Local Search documentation is outdated.

setRestriction/mrt is no longer functional for Local Search.

KML searching (mrt=kmlkmz) has been deliberately removed from the Google Maps 
website, and the AJAX API no longer seems to work with it. But the 
documentation still suggests that it should.
