rtl streams werken niet meer

probleem dat de rtl(xl) streams niet worden geladen. gemeld op twitter.

probleem doet zich voor bij de rtl streams die ook te bekijken zijn op de ipad 
en iphone

I fixed it and the net.rieter.xot.channel.rtlnl-3.2.14.1 update is available in 
the XOT-Uzg.v3 repository.
