SVTPlay.se "The Spiral" will change name to "Spiral, The"...

A new program was started on SVTPlay today and the name was "The Spiral". I 
found it under T on the SVTPlay.se but when I tried to find it in XOT it was 
not there. I then found it under S because the name was changed to "Spiral, 
The".
I have "Ignore articles when sorting (e.g. "the") set to disable so it should 
be sorted under T and not S and the name should be "The Spiral" and not 
"Spiral, The".

In plugin mode XOT will now not de-prefix and leave the "The" in front so XBMC 
can determine what to do.

In script mode, the default will always be to de-prefix because I cannot access 
the XBMC setting for the de-prefixing.
