Add: Hide the notifications icon #26

Not sure if it refers to the whole icon (the heart) or the little red dot that appears when there's new stuff, both could be considered.

This is not straightforward. The 'Notification' link 'heart' has no element that I can target across languages. I'll keep this in issues just in case someone else is really interested, and I can have a fruther look
