useConfig util is provided to us, but we need to pass down the McFly config to nitro.

Also a benefit is abstraction of the nitro.config so the users don't have to mind it.

[ ] Pass down mcfly.config props to nitro
[ ] Access via useConfig
[ ] chore: Start a record of abstractions we provide and how they map to nitro config (eg, deployment config?)
