Explicitly support Puppet 7 in metadata.json
Drop Puppet 5 support in metadata.json
Update to latest PDK
Rubocop-related cleanup
Drop old pinned version of net-ssh for Beaker
Update Vagrant boxes for Beaker tests
Drop Windows 2012 Beaker nodeset (since the box is no longer available, and there don't appear to be any other obvious options that work correctly)

Fixes #115

All rspec and beaker tests pass locally on Puppet 6 and 7.

@ayohrling Sorry to bother you, but I don't think the Travis tests are running anymore.

Yeah, so it looks like in July of last year travis-ci.org completely ceased function. Probably just need to remove that requirement here.
