'share' track summary #510

MyTracks allows me to share a GIS data file with my friends
via the 'share with friends..." option.

There is also an option to share a "link to the map".  (Presumably this only 
works if the track has been sent to one of my maps.)

I would like to be able to share the track summary as well.  The track 
summaries look like this:

Created by My Tracks on Android.
Total Distance: 6.51 km (4.0 mi)
Total Time: 1:04:36
Moving Time: 1:00:11
Average Speed: 6.04 km/h (3.8 mi/h)
Average Moving Speed: 6.49 km/h (4.0 mi/h)
Max Speed: 10.06 km/h (6.2 mi/h)
Min Elevation: 132 m (432 ft)
Max Elevation: 177 m (581 ft)
Elevation Gain: 391 m (1283 ft)
Max Grade: 0 %
Min Grade: -2 %
Recorded: Sun Jul 10 10:54:03 EDT 2011
Activity type: Walk

This could also include a link to a map, but it should work even if no map has 
been created.  The maps can be interesting to look at but I don't want to keep 
maps for my daily activities - just the summaries.

The summary is now added when sharing a link or sharing a file.
