[I18N] [non-en] End-User licence Agreement page is not localized. #657

Test Environment
Device: Nexus S
OS: GRI14
My Tracks Version: 1.1.12
Locale/language: Non English (Ex., Chinese, etc.)

Steps to repro:
1. Install MyTracks application from 
http://code.google.com/p/mytracks/downloads/list
2. Change language to non English (Ex. Chinese) 
3. Launch MyTracks application

Expected Results:
End-User licence Agreement page is localized.

Actual Results:
End-User licence Agreement page is not localized.

Verified that is fixed on the current version: 1.1.13 (1.1.13.rc4).
