[I18N][all] The saved markers show year “1969”. #666

Test Environment
Device: Nexus S
OS: GRI14
My Tracks Version: 1.1.12.rc2
Locale/language: All languages (Ex. Chinese, etc.) 

Steps to repro:
1.Install MyTracks application from 
http://code.google.com/p/mytracks/downloads/list
2.Change language to Chinese, etc.
3.Launch MyTracks application
4.Record track
5.Tap on Markers
6.Tap on Insert statistics or Inser way point then Save

Expected Results:
The saved markers show the related current year.

Actual Results:
The saved markers show year "1969".

Note about this bug. When there is gps signal, then the marker location time is 
based on the gps data. If there is no gps signal, then the marker location time 
is set to zero, thus causing the year to be 1969. Thus good to test when both 
the gps signal is available and when it is not available.

Verified that is fixed on the current version: 1.1.13 (1.1.13.rc4).
