[I18N][non-en] "Support" page is not localized. #669

Test Environment
Device: Nexus S
OS: GRI14
My Tracks Version: 1.1.12.rc2
Locale/language: Non English (Ex., Chinese, etc.)

Steps to repro:
1. Install MyTracks application from 
http://code.google.com/p/mytracks/downloads/list
2. Change language to non English (Ex. Chinese) 
3. Launch MyTracks application
4. Tap on Accept
5. Tap on About My Tracks then tap on Support: mytracks.appspot.com 
(http://mytracks.appspot.com/)

Expected Results:
"Support" page is localized.

Actual Results:
"Support" page is not localized.

The support page http://mytracks.appspot.com will get translated, but not with 
this release. Going to close this bug since we are tracking the support page 
translation with other means.

Verified that is fixed on the current version: 1.1.14 (1.1.14.rc1).
