[I18N][zh-CN/...] Date is cut. #671

Test Environment
Device: Nexus S
OS: GRI14
My Tracks Version: 1.1.12.rc2
Locale/language: The languages with the longer translation strings (Ex., 
Simplified Chinese, etc.)

Steps to repro:
1. Install MyTracks application from 
http://code.google.com/p/mytracks/downloads/list
2. Change language to Simplified Chinese, etc.
3. Launch MyTracks application
4. Record track then Stop recording and Save
5. Tap on Track

Expected Results:
Date is used the smaller font size or wrapped so that all strings are displayed 
properly.

Actual Results:
Date is translated too long so that the strings are cut with "..." at the right 
side.

As part of fix for issue 664, we are now using short date/time format. Verified 
with the fix that the date is not cutoff in Simplified Chinese.

Verified that is fixed on the current version: 1.1.13 (1.1.13.rc4).
