[L10N][non-en] "December 1, 2010" are not translated. #684

Test Environment
Device: Nexus S
OS: GRI14
My Tracks Version: 1.1.12 (1.1.12.rc3)
Locale/language: Non English (Ex., Traditional Chinese, etc.)

Steps to repro:
1.Launch MyTracks application at the first time

Expected Results:
"December 1, 2010" are translated.

Actual Results:
"December 1, 2010" are not translated.

Verified that is fixed on the current version: 1.1.13 (1.1.13.rc4).
