[L10N][ca/da/el/fil/lt/nl/no/pl/vi] "Percentage from average" are cut. #690

Test Environment
Device: Nexus S
OS: GRI14
My Tracks Version: 1.1.12 (1.1.12.rc3)
Locale/language: Catalan, Danish, Greek, Filipino, Dutch, Norwegian, Polish, 
Vietnamese

Steps to repro:
1.Launch MyTracks application
2.Tap on Menu → More → Settings
3.Tap on Display

Expected Results:
"Percentage from average" are translated to shorten if it is possible so that 
all strings are displayed properly.

Actual Results:
"Percentage from average" are translated too long so that the strings are cut.

el/ru: The strings might be limited to 21 characters.
The other languages: The strings might be limited to 22 characters.

To make it easier to translate and fit into one line, we changed the string 
"Percentage from average" to "Percentage".
