[I18N][no] My Tracks does not support Norwegian. #692

Test Environment
Device: Nexus S
OS: GRI14
My Tracks Version: 1.1.13 (1.1.13.rc1)
Locale/language: Norwegian (Bokmal)

Steps to repro:
1.Launch MyTracks application

Expected Results:
Application UI shows Norwegian.

Actual Results:
Application UI shows English instead of Norwegian.

Additional Information: "no" is listed for one of the supported language in 
mytracks_locales.txt:

Verified that is fixed on the current version: 1.1.13 (1.1.13.rc4).
