[L10N][fi/fil/hu/id/lv/nl/pt-Br/pt-PT/sr/sv/uk] "Slow speed threshold" are cut. #693

Test Environment
Device: Nexus S
OS: GRI14
My Tracks Version: 1.1.13 (1.1.13.rc1)
Locale/language: Finnish, Filipino, Hungarian, Indonesian, Latvian, Dutch, 
Portuguese-Brazil, Portuguese-Portugal, Serbian, Swedish, Ukrainian

Steps to repro:
1.Launch MyTracks application
2.Tap on Menu → More → Settings
3.Tap on Display

Expected Results:
"Slow speed threshold" are translated to shorten if it is possible so that all 
strings are displayed properly.

Actual Results:
"Slow speed threshold" are translated too long so that the strings are cut.

sr: The strings might be limited to 20 characters.
uk: The strings might be limited to 21 characters.
The other languages: The strings might be limited to 23 characters.

We have renamed "Slow speed threshold" to "Slow speed" to make it easier to 
translate.

Verified that is fixed on the current version: 1.1.16 (1.1.16.rc2).
