[I18N][non-en] Some strings are not translated in Recording.

Test Environment
Device: Nexus S
OS: GRI14
My Tracks Version: 1.1.13 (1.1.13.rc2)
Locale/language: Non English (Ex., Chinese, etc.)

Steps to repro:
1.Launch MyTracks application
2.Tap on Menu → More → Settings
3.Tap on Recording

Expected Results:
The following strings are translated:
Voice
Marker
Time interval
Distance interval
Max interval
Maximum distance between two recordings of your position. If two positions are 
further than this, the track will be split.
Auto-resume
Use timestamp
Default activity 

Actual Results:
The following strings are not translated:
Voice
Marker
Time interval
Distance interval
Max interval
