[I18N][non-en] "Create new map", "Use existing map" are not translated.

Test Environment
Device: Nexus S
OS: GRI14
My Tracks Version: 1.1.13 (1.1.13.rc2)
Locale/language: Non English (Ex., Chinese, etc.)

Steps to repro:
1.Launch MyTracks application
2.Record track and stop recording then save a track
3.Tap on the arrow down icon then select Send to Google...

Expected Results:
"Create new map", "Use existing map" are translated.

Actual Results:
"Create new map", "Use existing map" are not translated.

These are new. They will get translated in version 1.1.14.
