[L10N][bg] "Chart settings" is cut.

Test Environment
Device: Nexus S
OS: GRI14
My Tracks Version: 1.1.13 (1.1.13.rc4)
Locale/language: Bulgarian

Steps to repro:
1.Launch MyTracks application
2.Record track then Stop recording and Save
3.Tap on screen then tap on the right arrow icon twices to diagram page
4.Tap on Menu

Expected Results:
"Chart settings" are translated to shorten if it is possible so that all 
strings are displayed properly.

Actual Results:
"Chart settings" are translated too long so that the strings are cut.

The strings might be limited 20 characters.
